Shipping Policy
Where We Ship
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO/FPO military addresses are outside our shipping area. A global country selector is provided at checkout; only supported U.S. addresses may continue to the payment step.
Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on all orders to our supported U.S. delivery area. There is one standard shipping method.
Handling Time
Order processing takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our daily cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (Central Standard Time). This fixed offset does not change during daylight saving time. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Transit Time
After dispatch, standard transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Handling and transit are separate stages. The estimated total is 4–6 business days once processing begins. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
